Jurisprudence and the judicial system in Kosovo
In a ceremony organized by the Ministry of Justice are now certified 41 candidates who have passed the bar examination in March 2013 deadline.
The ceremony, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, Kuçi, U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo, Tracey Ann Jacobson, Executive Division Leader at EULEX, mats Mettsson, chief justice institutions, as well as other guests , said that the bar exam is very important for Kosovo's legal system.
In this case, Kuqi said that the candidates who have passed the bar exam will have more weight and responsibility as a relative future could be leading judicial structures.
 Jakobson Ambassador said that the candidates who have passed the bar exam take on additional responsibilities to society, as it will represent the company in the role of a judge or prosecutor. According to her, the candidates will contribute to the respect of the constitution and the laws, and strengthening the rule of law.
Executive Division Leader at EULEX, mats Mettsson, stressed the importance of the work of these candidates in the future for the rule of law and order in Kosovo.
To test the importance of Jurisprudence, as a first step to be involved in the justice system spoke to the President of the Supreme Court, once Chairman of the Commission for giving Bar Examination, Fejzullah Hasani, President of the Judicial Council of Kosovo, Enver Peci, and Chief Ismet Kabashi. According to them, the bar exam provides candidates a step closer involvement in the judicial system.
